This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website.

What We Collect

When you send a quote request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, and optionally your company, email, property location, property type, cleaning frequency, services needed and project details.

How We Use It

Only to reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough and provide the service you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How It Is Delivered

Quote requests are delivered to our business email by an email delivery provider. If you choose “Text Us Instead”, your phone’s own messaging app sends the message.

Chat Assistant

The chat on this site is an automated AI assistant. What you type is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to write replies and is not used to train their models. If you ask for a quote, the assistant emails your details and the chat to our business inbox. Please don’t share payment details or passwords in the chat.

Site Statistics

We use private, cookie free visit counts (Vercel Web Analytics) to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.
