Cleaning Frequency
Most offices run nightly, three times a week or weekly. Deep tasks like carpet extraction and floor refinishing go on a monthly or quarterly calendar inside the same plan.

Yes. Most commercial cleaning happens in the evening or early morning so your team is never working around a crew.
How is the price set?
We walk the space, write a scope of every task and how often it happens, and give you one price for that scope. If the scope changes, the price changes with it, in writing.
Can you add floor care or windows later?
Yes. Floors, carpets, windows and pressure washing can be added to the same plan at any time.
