Floor Stripping & Waxing
Old wax yellows, scuffs and holds dirt. Stripping takes it down to the bare floor, then new coats of sealer and finish bring the shine back and protect the surface. We also clean and care for hardwood, laminate and tile.

Cleaning Frequency
Most commercial floors need a full strip and refinish once or twice a year, with scrub and recoat visits in between for busy areas.

Will this disrupt our business?
No. Floor work is scheduled after hours or on weekends, and the area is ready to walk on before you open.
What floors can be stripped and waxed?
Vinyl composition tile (VCT) and most resilient floors. Hardwood, laminate and tile get cleaning and care suited to the surface instead. We look at the floor during the walkthrough and tell you what it needs.
Can floor care be part of a regular plan?
Yes. Many clients add it to their cleaning plan on a set calendar.
